Hayden, ranked the No. 7 all-purpose back in the country by Rivals.com, visited South Carolina in March and plans a return trip this summer.

"I really liked seeing the intensity at practice, how detailed the coaches coach," he told GamecockCentral.com at the time. "I just had a great time talking with coach (Bobby) Bentley and coach (Will) Muschamp."

The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Tennessee legacy is ranked the No. 12 prospect in the state of Tennessee.

South Carolina already has one running back committed in Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas four-star Kyshaun Bryan.
